SILVER= slow speed damping
*soft hits, longs wave type rollers
*2 to 3 clicks per stage of tuning
RED= rebound. this is a MINOR change in rebound
*4 clicks per stage of tuning
all the above are IN is stiffer, out is softer for compression and for rebound, IN is slower, OUT is faster
